I've tried taking the SIM in/out, flipping Airplane mode on/off, resetting network settings, turn phone off/on, restart phone, and it still says SIM locked. I've contacted Visible and they say my phone is showing as locked to Verizon. I've contacted Verizon are they say my phone is completely unlocked (I paid it in full with Verizon before porting my number to Visible). However, I noticed in the General -> About settings of my iPhone 11 Pro, running iOS 14.2, under the "Carrier Lock" setting is says "SIM locked." When I tap on it, it says "This device may be restricted to the original carrier and/or have certain capabilities limited. I ported my mobile number from Verizon to Visible, received the Visible SIM in the mail, inserted it into my phone and data, calls, texts work just fine. ![]()
